Our fourth day out west was our final of three days at the Grand Canyon. We took on two hikes: A two miler down into the Canyon to Supai Tunnel and back up on the North Kaibob Trail and another two miler to Cape Final, which provided a 270° view of the Grand Canyon where we sat and enjoyed lunch. We totaled 8 miles with over 1000ft elevation change.
Pictures 1, 2, 4, and 5 were taken along the North Kaibob Trail into the Canyon, which also happens to be a mule trail (which made it imperative to watch your step).
The third picture is of the Supai Tunnel, named after the Supai Indians.
Pictures 6 and 7 are of the view from Cape Final.
We found more wildlife, such as deer, horses, mules, and bison.
Finally, another timelapse from our camping location.
