As an Associate Technology Specialist at Collective Insights, I work to propel innovation and seamless technical solutions in a variety of fields and applications. Having begun in January 2024, my role is essential in enhancing business-technology synergy through creative problem-solving, obstacle foresight, and application rationalization.

Lately, my projects have entailed Data Loss Protection, Endpoint Protection, reporting and incident remediation, asset management, and tenant migrations using Microsoft E5. My experience in technical documentation, UI/UX design, graphic design, automated testing programs, and tracking spreadsheets is complemented by a foundation in programming languages like Java and Python and projects with JavaScript, Selenium, and Angular.

Military Command and Control Information System Mobile Application – Rakkasans App
Developed the final iteration of a React project using Firebase that will provide the 3rd Brigade of the 101st Airborne Division of the US Army a mobile application for information distribution, assignments, and strategic planning of the unit. The users include soldiers, families, military leaders, and veterans.

User Interface Design Project - Wheels of Fortune
The team designed an application for students who bike, skateboard, and ride scooters around campus. Through interviews and surveys with targeted users, we identified problems facing these students when travelling to class. The project name "Wheels of Fortune" is a play on the "misfortunes" one may experience on wheels such as stairs, thin sidewalks, congested paths, and construction.

Researched how individuals respond to the use of devices such as the Google Glass by analyzing the factors that make different forms of wearable technology become ubiquitous over time.

“Clash of College of Computing” Tower Defense Game
Developed, designed graphics for, and optimized a multi-level game with 1200 lines of code. Player strategically places towers to destroy approaching enemies and protect the base against the time limit.

Graduation Ceremony – Summer 2020
Assisted and advocated for an In-Person graduation event for the Senior class at Roswell High School by personally soliciting sponsors from 50 different businesses and creating promotional graphics and videos to raise $23,000 for the event. The ceremony was successfully safely held at Cobb Galleria Center on July 27th.
